VOLUNTEERS  Do you recruit your volunteers not staff, but the as needed help or will the convention supply them from their gopher staffLOGISTICS  Who will handle the actual moving and transport of the panels, the mail in artwork, acquiring of consumable supplies  Does your convention have someone who will handle that, or will you have to arrange it  Youll probably have some done by one, some by another. Will you be using a Union facility  Then you may be forced to use Teamsters draymen to handle transport and setup if so, get all of this arranged a long time in advance.
