A small humanist ceremony at Orocco Pier was followed by some wild and windy weather, so imagine my delight when it broke to allow us to venture outdoors. The happy couple were turning heads as they strolled down love lane and onto the pier, armed only with a red umbrella. The magnificent Forth Rail Bridge provided a dramatic backdrop for some artistic romance in front of the camera. It was short and sweet, and very beautiful. Congratulations to Kerryanne and Simon who just got married at Balbirnie House Hotel in Fife The final wedding of this crazy week took me back to the familiar surroundings of Balbirnie House for yet another stunning wedding. Family and friends were treated to a humanist ceremony performed by Stewart Struthers in the Orangery. Kerryanne and Simon live in Dubai and had been looking forward to a Scottish celebration, which probably explains the large international contingent who had travelled to be guests. Immediately after the ceremony, everyone headed out into the sunshine for a customary group shot on the front steps before socialising on the lawns with canaps.
